Mock Caldecott In-Person
In partnership with People’s Book, the Takoma Park Maryland Library will host a Mock Caldecott program!
Who? School-aged children, their families, and community members of all ages.
What? A fun, critical, and educational exploration of picture books eligible to win the 2026 Caldecott Medal.
Where? Program Room at Takoma Park Maryland Library at 101 Philadelphia Avenue, Takoma Park MD.
When? Sundays at 12:30pm

- January 11th (Final deliberation and voting!)
Come to any or all of the meetings!
Reserve copies of the picture books are available to browse while visiting the library - ask at the circulation desk!
Refreshments will be served.
